  1. Open office.com and sign in with Microsoft Account email and the password.

2. In the left-hand menu, go to the Agents section and click on All agents to open the Agents Store. Then, search for Analyst and add it to your environment.

 

Use Analyst Agent for Device Compliance Analysis

  1. Upload the downloaded Excel file to the Analyst agent and use the following prompt.

Prompt – “Analyze the attached Excel sheet containing device inventory data. Identify any devices that may pose a compliance risk — such as missing critical fields (e.g., user, OS version, compliance status), outdated software versions, or devices not meeting policy standards. Summarize the key findings, highlight non-compliant devices, and provide actionable recommendations to improve compliance across the fleet.”

3. The Analyst rolls up its sleeves and dives into the data, performing deep reasoning across a fleet of 1,000 devices. The result?
